Nancy
Nancy has spent 15+ years doing hands-on property management, and several running her own handylady business. It’s always been her love to build and fix things. As Nancy will tell you: “They don’t call me McGyver for nothing!”
Superpowers include painting, smoothing out pesky doors, and … making homeowners happier.

Eric
Eric brings hands-on experiences directly serving over 1,000 homes through his own handyperson service. In addition to traditional handyman work like hanging televisions, smart home technology installation, and fixing cabinet hinges, Eric provides unusually technical on-site services like snowblower/lawn-mower repair, garage opener programming, much much more. Eric earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Sustainability. In a 2024 write-up, the Swellesley Report called Eric a "not-so-secret weapon."

Rino
Rino started out as a handyperson decades ago, and has since built deep experience overseeing complex work as a General Contractor. Rino loves that Modern Home Help’s pre-scheduled visits allow him to spend more time doing hands-on work with repeat homeowner customers. Rino is a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor.
