In addition to traditional handyman work like hanging televisions, smart home technology installation, and fixing cabinet hinges, Eric provides unusually technical on-site services like snowblower/lawn-mower repair, garage opener programming, much much more. Eric earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Sustainability. In a 2024 write-up, the Swellesley Report called Eric a "not-so-secret weapon."

Rino started out as a handyperson decades ago, and has since built deep experience overseeing complex work as a General Contractor. Rino loves that Modern Home Help’s pre-scheduled visits allow him to spend more time doing hands-on work with repeat homeowner customers. Rino is a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor.
